BLUGLASS COMMISSIONS COMMERCIAL SCALE RPCVD SYSTEM

BluGlass (ASX:BLG) has today announced the commissioning of the largest remote plasma chemical vapour deposition (RPCVD) manufacturing platform to date, the BLG-500. The commercial scale RPCVD system has been successfully retrofitted onto a modern generation manufacturing platform, the AIXTRON 2800 G4. APP 2A & CLEANSING NOTICE

BluGlass today issued 7,167,594 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.02 each to executives and staff. The shares were issued under the Company’s COVID-19 compensation program, where a number of staff and the Company’s Directors agreed to accept reduced cash salary and fees, in exchange for shares. The shares were issued at the same price as the recently completed rights issue.
